From the Schedule, Pick a class to join and get registered.

For visiting CrossFit Athletes and guests of current members.
All levels of experienced CrossFitters welcome.

All classes are instructor lead.
Group Warm-Up
Weekdays usually include a Skill/Strength Set
Then the WOD.

We do not post our WODs in advance. In fact we discourage posts on social media about the WOD, until after the last class of the day.
Part of CrossFit is being prepared for the unknown and unknowable.
Plus it reduces "Cherry Picking".

During the Skill / Strength segment, we will allow you to follow your own programming if the class is small enough and room permits.
However, the class takes priority on use of equipment i.e. squat racks.

Signing-Up as a drop-in:
go to the schedule page,
select the day and class time,
enroll in that class.

From here you will be guided through a short process to create a login, which is your email address and a password, that you will create.
You will also be prompted to pay for the class with a credit card.

You will have the choice of
1 class $15
1 week (up to 7 visits) $40
10 visits $100.

Finally you will be asked to electronically sign our waiver.

After you complete this process, we will know you are coming and look forward to working with you.

Once this process is complete, if you decide to return to CFR as a drop-in, you will already have an account.
